Traditional Japanese egg omelette

Lovingly hand-made using fresh local eggs.  Typically used as sushi topping, Tamagoyaki can also be served on its own, or accompanied with a variety of sauces.

Kinshi Tamago

Finely sliced Tamagoyaki

Most popular as a ramen topping and fried rice topping, but it can be utilised in many other varieties of usage, such as sushi topping/filling.

Soft Boiled Egg

Seasoned soft boiled egg

The ubiquitous ramen topping.  Our Soft Boiled Egg is perfectly cooked to showcase a silky soft, orange yolk, and seasoned with our own secret sauce to perfectly complement any ramen broth.

Pork Gyoza

Japanese dumplings

Hand-made to perfection, unlike most of the readily available gyozas you can find from supplier or supermarket (those are mass produced using heavy machinery).  We carefully balance the amounts of meat and vegetables that go into each dumpling, such that each mouthful always results in the 'right' taste.

Pictured are our Pork Gyoza served with a special sesame sauce, exclusively available at our restaurant Izakaya Goma.

Teba Gyoza

Boneless chicken wing stuffed with gyoza filling

Combines the juiciness of a gyoza filling with the crunch of a deep fried chicken wing.  A must-have dish to feature in your menu if you want to stand out from the pack.

Chicken Teriyaki

Chicken fillet marinated with our special Teriyaki Sauce

Made of the highest quality Maryland chicken fillet, marinated with our special Teriyaki Sauce (also available to purchase).  Conveniently frozen for long shelf life, our Chicken Teriyaki requires only a little further cooking before serving.

Marinated Karaage

Marinated Japanese fried chicken

Pre-marinated, just needs deep frying.  This will save you a lot of time and labour, and yet the taste will stand toe to toe with the best Japanese Karaage in the market.

Minced chicken balls

Specially formulated to be juicy and yet textured with slight 'crunchiness' upon biting.  Our Tsukune can be flexibly served in a variety of ways, such as with Teriyaki Sauce, cheese topping, Mentaiko (spicy cod roe) topping, or they can also be part of a hot pot ingredient.

Braised pork belly

Braised for many hours to achieve the perfect tenderness and juiciness, unlike the typical 'mass-made' competitor chashu which have been mass-produced to save costs and time, thus sacrificing quality.

Popular as a ramen topping, but our Chashu can also be served as an appetiser (goes very well with our own Teriyaki Sauce), or chopped up as part of fried rice ingredient, or even a sushi filling; with pork this tender, its usage is only limited by your imagination!

Spicy Pork Mince

Pork mince marinated in special spicy sauce

Popular as a ramen topping.  The spicy sauce has been specially created to complement the richness of a typical ramen broth.  Can also be served by itself on rice.

Vegetable Curry

Japanese curry with vegetables

Excellent 'starting base' for any Japanese curry dishes. Just add your choice of 'main topping' (such as the ever popular Chicken Katsu, or Pork Katsu) and you will realise just how convenient this product is.

Tomato Sauce

Tomato sauce as a base for cooking

Use it as a base in making Tomato Rice.  Can also be used to make a variety of tomato-based sauces.

Teriyaki Sauce

Our own special blend of Teriyaki Sauce

The most versatile of our product lineup, our Teriyaki Sauce can be used in cooking many Japanese dishes.  Simply adding this sauce to a normally ordinary dish will instantly elevate the dish to another level!  Our own restaurants literally won't survive without this sauce!
